Start the current measurement on the selected regulator:
0 - Buck0
1 - Buck1
The measurement is started when the register is written.
If the selected buck is master, then the measurement result is a sum current of the
master and slave buck.
If the selected buck is slave, then the measurement result is a current of the selected
slave buck.
